1. Who we are
TchinTchin processes your data under Angola's Personal Data Protection Law no. 22/11. The processing is notified to the Data Protection Agency (APD).
2. What we collect
Your name and phone number; the events you take part in; the photos you post, with the date and time they were taken; the payments you make. We remove location (GPS) from photos before posting them.
3. What we use it for
To create your account, link you to your invitations, show photos to those allowed to see them, process payments and send important notices (for example, when the album is revealed or about to be deleted). We don't sell your data.
4. Where it's stored
Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase and Cloudflare), with protected access. Photos are only opened through temporary, private links. This transfer is included in the notification to the APD.
5. How long
Photos and albums are deleted at the end of the event package period. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can view, correct, export or delete your data in Profile › Privacy and my data, or ask at ajuda@tchintchin.ao. You can delete your account at any time.
7. Minors
We don't create accounts for children under 16. Parents can ask for photos showing their children to be removed.
