Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to install the app?
Yes. The app is light and the invitation QR opens the store and then the event. That way photos can be taken offline and nobody loses any.
What if there's no internet at the venue?
No problem. Photos stay on each guest's phone and upload by themselves when there's signal, up to 48 hours after the party.
Who sees the photos?
Until the reveal, each guest only sees their own. After that, everyone sees the public photos. 'Only for the couple' photos are seen only by you and whoever took them.
How long are they kept?
3 months (Essential and Classic) or 6 months (Premium) after the event. We warn everyone before deleting so they can download their albums.
How do we pay?
By Multicaixa reference or Multicaixa Express. Guests' requests for more photos can be added to your bill and paid at once at the end.
Does it work for other events?
Yes: birthdays, baptisms and other celebrations. At events with children, the public album is off by default.
